Below are the detailed programmes for the retreats in Portugal, Spain and Italy. There may be small changes but generally this is the format - plenty of yoga but also lots of free time to enjoy your holiday. We also will include excursions such as beach and country walks, massage treatments are available daily and the studios will be open for self-practice at any time. Extended Yoga session from 8.30am to 12.15pm with a break at around 10.30am for refreshments, followed by lunch at 12.30pm then free time until dinner at 7pm
Italian Breakfast at 7am.

Yoga from 8am to 12pm (includes a short break). On Wednesday the program will be in the afternoon from 3pm to 7pm.
Day FiveCompact Morning Session from 8.00am to 10.00am followed by brunch. Rest of the day free and no evening meal (opportunity to explore local cuisine)Spanish Breakfast at 7am.
Compact Morning session from 8.00am to 10.00am followed by refreshments and optional excursion. Return for dinner at 7pm
Italian Breakfast at 7am.
Compact Morning session from 8.30am to 10.30am followed by free time and optional lunch at 12.30pm. Return for dinner at 7pm
Yoga from 11am to 1pm and finish.
