I am delighted to be returning to Wexford this year to teach at a new venue in the picturesque coastal village of Kilmore Quay, County Wexford. This is one of my favourite places in the world and I have been coming here to teach since 2010 and have built up some long lasting friendships and connections with yoga students from all over Ireland. My friend and colleague, Mary Duane is my wonderful organiser and she has been working hard to get me back to the South West coast of Ireland this year!
Friday 25th – 6.30pm to 8.30pm Saturday 26th – 9.30am to 3.30pm (with break for lunch) Sunday 27th – 9.30 to 12.30pm

Mary will also help with travel info – it’s a fairly easy and pleasant drive down from Dublin and there is an excellent bus route with regular buses every half hour, taking around 2 hours door to door.

1st to 5th july 2020 – yoga & cultural event winchester, UK

I am VERY excited to be showcasing my first retreat in my home town of Winchester, July and December 2020. This is where my yoga story began and where I grew up, so I am looking forward very much to welcoming you to the beautiful and historic city of Winchester, for 5 days of yoga and culture.
This unique event will take place in various locations in and around Winchester, focusing on places with a unique local historical context, so not only will you be doing yoga daily, you will be taking classes and living the history of some of the city’s most iconic and atmospheric places. Winchester was once the capital of olde England and has a wealth of history and culture, well maintained throughout the city itself and in the surrounding areas. It is by far one of the most popular cities to visit in the UK and the yoga event will coincide in the summer, with the world famous summer Hat Fair, 3 day of street art, music and culture and in the winter with the Christmas German Market.
Details will be confirmed soon but included in the experience will be:
- Daily yoga classes – extended sessions on all days – the main focus of course is the yoga and this week is suitable for those who have 3 months or more experience of any type of yoga
- Daily excursions or tours – including tours around the Cathedral, historic walking tours around the city, visit to Chawton House, more to be revealed – a fully itinerary will be published very soon
- Access to the Winchester Hat Fair – this annual international event is 3 days of street theatre, music, art and food, Winchester’s longest running festival which draws
- Guided walks to the ancient site of St Catherine’s Hill and other locations
- Lunch at the famous River Cottage Restaurant and farewell dinner at The Ivy
Price: £625 – More details will be posted soon. Prices will include: daily yoga, transport to the various yoga locations, various excursions, one lunch and one dinner, use of equipment, refreshments. Accommodation and other meals not included but a full list of recommended B&B and Hotel Accommodation will be sent out on booking.
