Yoga and Spa 1-night Break 2020
12th-13th June 2020
This short break will give your body a boost in the right direction and make you feel enlivened, stretched as well as relaxed. Suitable for any ability, the two extended workshops taught by Rachel will be aimed at those wanting to test their boundaries in yoga in a safe and intelligent way leaving participants with a feeling of new energy and enhanced possibilities in their practice, posture and understanding of yoga and the benefits it can bring them.
Arrival: 2.00pm Friday 12th June, Depart 4.00pm Saturday 13th June
The 1-night stay includes:
- 1 Nights’ Accommodation
- Yoga Workshops – Tuition (x 2)
- Home Practice Handouts
- 1 Gorgeous Buffet Breakfast, 1 Healthy Buffet Lunch & 1 Three Course Dinner
- Unlimited use of facilities & up to 20 different classes per day
Rachel looks forward to welcoming you whatever your level of practice or experience but we recommend you have at least 3 months yoga practice to get the full benefit of the weekend.
