Rachel Lovegrove is an intermediate level III Iyengar Yoga teacher with 15 years teaching experience and offers weekly classes, workshops and week-long retreats. She would be delighted to welcome you on one of her Yoga Holidays in Portugal in 2013, allowing individuals to experience a week of Iyengar yoga in a beautiful and nurturing holiday environment, in the stunning surroundings of Portugal’s Algarve.
