Your safety is our top priority and we will be operating within all government social distancing and safety guidelines with regards to COVID-19.

Check to see if you feel hot to touch on your chest or back

A new, continuous cough

Have you been coughing a lot for more than an hour or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours? (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Have you noticed that you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal?

 

We want to make sure that everyone who attends a class can do so in a safe environment. With this in mind, please do not attend a class if you have any of the above symptoms.

Making you feel safe

 

Please wear your face coverings

Wear a face mask or face-covering in the entrance hall and changing room, you may take the mask/covering off for class and place it in your bag.


Sanitise on arrival

Hand sanitisers will be available as you arrive as well as in the toilet.


The early bird does not catch the worm

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the class start time, if you are early please wait in your car.

Other things to note…

  • A record will be kept of the names and telephone number of all participants on each occasion.

  • Participants will enter the Study Centre through the St Johns Lane entrance.

  • Hand Sanitiser will be provided for use at the entrance.

  • Face coverings should be worn until the class begins when they may be removed but should be worn again following the class whilst exiting the building.

  • Adequate ventilation will be maintained

  • Each participant shall bring their own mat and equipment, sanitised before arrival.

  • Each participant will be allocated a position such that there is 2m social distancing - this position will be clearly marked with a number between 1 and 9 (maximum number permissible in the hall allowing for the 2m rule).

  • There will be no hands-on adjustments by Rachel and participants are asked not to share equipment with others.

  • The kitchen will not be available.

  • After the session, participants must exit through the Study Centre main entrance.

  • After each class, the hall will be sanitised using appropriate special materials and equipment.

  • Handles to the entrance, internal, exit and toilet doors will be sanitised.
