Women’s Wellness Week near Porto, Portugal. A special women only week in the beautiful northern part of Portugal. Quinta de Freixieiro is a small boutique retreat centre, beautiful furnished and appointed with gardens, pool, gorgeous scenery and privacy.

We will be exploring the healing and supporting nature of yoga for all stages of a woman’s life including menopause, menstruation and fertility problems. Suitable for all levels of practice but not for new students who are pregnant.

Location Quinta de Freixieiro, Guardizela, just 30 minutes from historic Porto. We currently have left available two rooms with private bathroom (shared occupancy preferred) plus two rooms with shared bathroom (single occupancy available, or share the spacious attic room with 2 friends (3 in total) and pay just a third of the single occupancy price).
