These are exchange of learning sessions for Iyengar Yoga trainees or Iyengar Yoga teachers wishing to progress to Level 2 or 3. The sessions are also open to Level 2 students who would like to participate. They take place 2 or 3 Saturdays per month throughout the year.

Sessions are mainly asana based but we will look at other aspects such as philosophy, therapy yoga (so bring your ailments with you!), anatomy and pranayama.

Session price is donation based (suggested minimum £10).
