Rachel Lovegrove Yoga – Retreat Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all yoga retreats, intensives and courses organised by Rachel Lovegrove Yoga and forms part of the Terms & Conditions of booking.
Deposits & Payments
A £200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (or full payment where stated).
The remaining balance is due at least 4 weeks before the start of the retreat (ideally 8 weeks where possible).
Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Unpaid balances may result in your space being released.
What Your Payment Covers
Depending on the retreat, you may:
Pay one inclusive price covering yoga, meals and accommodation; or
Pay the yoga course fee to Rachel Lovegrove Yoga and arrange accommodation and meals directly with the venue.
For non-residential retreats, participants arrange their own accommodation.
Cancellations by You
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel, the following applies to the yoga course fee only:
9 months or more before the retreat
Refund of balance paid, less a £50 admin fee8–6 months before the retreat
Refund of balance paid, less a £100 cancellation fee6–3 months before the retreat
Refund of balance paid, less a £200 cancellation feeLess than 8 weeks before the retreat
No refund
Replacements
If you or Rachel Lovegrove Yoga find a suitable replacement participant, your booking may be transferred subject to a £50 administration fee.
Accommodation & Venue Policies
Where accommodation and meals are booked directly with a venue, or where payments are collected on behalf of a venue, the venue’s own cancellation policy applies separately.
Rachel Lovegrove Yoga cannot override venue policies.
Transfers to Another Retreat
Transfers to another retreat within the same calendar year may be requested, subject to availability.
Transfers made 9 months or more in advance incur a £50 admin fee
Later transfers follow the same fee structure as cancellations
If Rachel Lovegrove Yoga Needs to Cancel
If a retreat is cancelled by Rachel Lovegrove Yoga, all payments made to Rachel Lovegrove Yoga will be refunded in full.
Travel and accommodation booked separately cannot be refunded.
If Rachel is unable to teach, a qualified and experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher may lead the retreat.
Insurance
All participants must hold comprehensive travel insurance covering illness, injury, cancellation and travel disruption. Insurance is mandatory for international retreats.
Health & Wellbeing
Please disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries and food allergies prior to the retreat to ensure safety and wellbeing for everyone.
