Join Rachel at the Palm Tree Yoga Centre in Kerala, South India, for a nourishing 10-day Iyengar Yoga retreat. Open to those with a regular yoga practice.

Venue Highlights:

• Location: Nestled above the beach in a tranquil bay, the centre offers serene ocean views and is a short distance from Kovalam's shops and restaurants.

• Yoga Facilities: Practice in a shaded rooftop yoga shala equipped for up to 20 students, featuring cooling fans and bamboo blinds for comfort throughout the season.

• Accommodation: Rooms are spread across two houses, each with en-suite facilities, ceiling fans, and mosquito-netted windows. Some rooms offer sea-view balconies and optional air conditioning.

• Non-Residential option also available.

• Dining: An on-site restaurant serves daily breakfasts post-morning yoga sessions. Six dinners per 10 days are provided, with opportunities to explore local restaurants on other evenings.

• Wellness: On-site Ayurvedic massages and treatments are available, with specialized services offered at a nearby Ayurvedic Centre when required.

• Activities: The beach is directly accessible, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for hire. Excursions can be arranged through the centre's manager.
