Explore the foundational strength of standing asanas and how they prepare the body and mind for inversions. We will focus on directionality, alignment, and the principles that support safe and confident upside-down work.
Morning workshops exploring core principles of Iyengar Yoga through progressive, themed sequences. Open to students with at least one year of regular practice. Each session includes detailed instruction, appropriate use of props, and space for reflective learning.
