“Breath and Stillness: Introducing Prāṇāyāma for Autumn”
As the season begins to turn inward, this afternoon workshop offers a steady approach to prāṇāyāma through supported āsana, observation of the breath, and quiet attention. We will work with simple seated and supine techniques to cultivate sensitivity, rhythm, and inner quiet. Ideal for students with some experience who wish to deepen their understanding of prāṇāyāma within the Iyengar tradition.
Morning workshops exploring core principles of Iyengar Yoga through progressive, themed sequences. Open to students with at least one year of regular practice. Each session includes detailed instruction, appropriate use of props, and space for reflective learning.
If you can't attend in person, recordings will be sent out after the session and you can join us online live. Location is Upham Village Hall, Hampshire. To book, visit the main classes page HERE.
