The centre has a limit of 12 onsite rooms for twin occupancy (single occupancy for a supplement). Rooms are arranged in two attractive buildings only a few steps down to the sea. The retreat is served by a wonderful team of staff, rooms are cleaned daily and there is an onsite massage facility offering a range of ayurvedic massage treatments.

The onsite restaurant, the Curry Leaf, provides daily breakfast and 6 lovely evening meals. Food is vegetarian but those wanting fresh fish from the daily catch can pay a supplement for this.

The Yoga Shala is a rooftop space equipped with mats, bolsters, blocks, belts and yoga chairs.
