This is one of two special intensives taking place in Hedge End, near Southampton with Level 3 teacher and mentor, Rachel Lovegrove. It is only for registered Iyengar yoga trainees, certified Level 1/2 Iyengar teachers and mentors or mentors in training are also welcome to attend. It incoporates teaching practice, syllabus study, philosophy, Q&A and asana practice including a 2.5 hour Level 3 workshop on Saturday morning and live teaching practice on Saturday afternoon. The price for all sessions is £95.

Details: Wednesday 21st - Teaching Practice / Observing at live beginners class followed by feedback (6pm to 9pm)

Thursday 22nd - Syllabus Training 6pm to 9pm

Friday 23rd - Teaching Skills Training 3pm to 6pm

Saturday 24th - Level 2 & 3 Asana Workshop 11am to 1.30pm followed by Teaching Skills Practice 2.30pm to 4.30pm
